‘Something Melancholy’ Album cover
The client, AMYRA, known for her raw stories and unique sound, invited me to shoot the cover of her 2016 album ‘Something Melancholy‘. I was encouraged to experiment with ethereal tones to visually depict the sound of lament. We chose to use multiple exposures using my grandfather’s Olympus OM10 with 35mm film, and we loved the images so much that I did no further editing in post-op.
